Thank you so much for considering our invitation to represent Forerunner as a table host at our 2022 Fundraising Gala.

The information below should cover most of your outstanding questions about the event or responsibilities as a table host.

Please let us know if you are able to host a table before February 8th.



EVENT DETAILS

2022 Forerunner Gala at the Thompson Dallas
Tuesday, March 8th from 6:30-9:30pm

  • Valet provided at the National Residences (1401 Elm St.)

  • A full dinner with be served

  • No childcare will be provided at the event

  • Attire is semi-formal


TABLE HOSTS

As a table host, we’re asking you to:

  • Invite people from your network to fill a table of 8 - includes you and a guest

  • Shape and guide the conversation at your table during the event by answering questions and sharing your personal connection to Forerunner

  • Sponsor the table for your guests ($1000 donation)

INVITING GUESTS

  • Invite guests to full a table of 8 - this includes you and a guest

  • Download this digital invitation to send to your guests.

  • Submit your guest list (Name, Phone, Email) by February 22nd - we will send a reminder email

  • We will send email confirmations and reminders before the event

We'll have drinks, dinner, a presentation, and an ask to join in Forerunner's mission by supporting or serving. We want this to be an event where people not only learn about Forerunner, but also have a good time with their date and neighbors. Cocktails start at 6:30pm, and dinner starts at 7:30pm.
