Since 2011, we’ve walked alongside boys to help give them an answer to this question.

Forerunner Mentoring exists to fulfill the potential of every young man in Lake Highlands growing up without a father at home by providing mentoring, programs, and family support in the name of Jesus.

We match boys in Lake Highlands with mentors who can show them how to become a man and follow God passionately.

• God can transform a child's story through a relationship with a godly father-figure.

• Our mentors commit to show up, build up, and share Christ.

We provide safe, enriching programs where boys begin to realize their God-given potential.

• K-8 After School Clubs: Faith-based programming to help boys grow in relationships, education, and identity.

• High School Ministry: Real conversations, leadership development, and rites of passage into manhood.

• Summer Camps: We make incredible summer camp experiences accessible for our boys through our partners.

• Outdoor Adventures: We get boys outdoors to help them encounter God in creation.

We view the moms of the boys we serve as the most important person in their lives.

• Mom Nights: We help moms build authentic connections with other women and the body of Christ in Lake Highlands.

• Support: We provide access to referrals, coaching, and resources to empower moms as they lead their families.
